Class Situation Analysis Meeting
At 12.40 P.M. from 15th to 19th April, the class situation analysis meeting was held in the conference room on the second floor of the administrative building of the Junior High School Division of Anqing Foreign Language School’s east campus, which was chaired by Deputy Director Hu Sen.
Initially, each head teacher made a detailed analysis of the class situation, conducted a horizontal and vertical comparison on the performance of the first Model Test, analyzed the gains and losses of the students and put forward suggestions for improvement in their future teaching.
Furthermore, Principal Assistant Li Ping made three points: first and foremost, we should do our routine work meticulously and solidly. Also, teachers should prepare lessons according to the direction, question types and lesson types of the Senior High School Entrance Examination, and implement the training and examination of students according to the characteristics of each subject; Additionally, teachers are supposed to do a good job in class management and classroom discipline. Specifically, head teachers should strictly manage discipline and subject teachers should care for students; Last but not the least, teachers should strengthen unity, mutual understanding and close cooperation, as well as develop their strengths and avoid their weaknesses to prepare for the exam together.
